Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & RequirementsManagement
• Support Business Unit specialists and senior analysts in gathering,documenting, and validating business requirements.
• Assist in analysing current (“as is”) and future state (“to be”) business andoperational processes.
• Document functional and non functional requirements using approved templatesand standards.
• Maintain requirement artefacts and support traceability across the projectlifecycle.
• Assist in assessing the impact of change requests on scope, timelines, anddelivery.
Functional Design & Solution Alignment
• Support the transition of requirements to System Analysts and technology teams,ensuring clarity and completeness of documentation.
• Participate in requirement walkthroughs, design discussions, and clarificationsessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Track requirement updates, assumptions, and dependencies, and highlightpotential issues early.
Testing
• Support the review of test plans and functional test scopes prepared by thetesting team.
• Assist in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)activities, including test preparation, defect logging, tracking, and followups.
• Validate test outcomes against documented requirements and support issueresolution.
PMO & Project Support
• Provide PMO support across innovation projects, including maintaining projectplans, RAID logs, status trackers, and documentation.
• Support project governance activities such as scheduling meetings, preparingmaterials, tracking actions, and documenting minutes.
• Assist in monitoring project progress, key milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Support preparation of project status updates and reports for stakeholders andmanagement.
