* Develop and implement validation testing strategies and methodologies for Personal Systems solutions and products.

* Define and maintain the validation master plan (VMP) for each project, outlining the validation approach, scope, and deliverables. Lead a team of validation engineers and specialists in the execution of validation testing activities, including test plan development, test execution, and documentation of test results.

* Collaborate with software development teams to ensure that validation requirements are incorporated into the software development lifecycle.

* Establish and maintain validation procedures and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency in validation activities.
