Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA PP solutions across all project phases, from blueprinting through go-live and post-go-live support
• Own delivery accountability for MRP, production orders, BOM, routing, work centres, and capacity planning workstreams
• Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations in coordination with the Project Manager

Business Analysis

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and maintain endpoint hardware and software, including operating systems, applications, drivers, upgrades, updates, and hotfixes to ensure optimal device performance

Responsibilities

• Implement ongoing maintenance, security, and availability of Windows-based infrastructure aligned with business needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS incidents and problems following customer processes
