Job Summary
Part-Time Procurement Admin to support our procurement operations. This role focuses on handling purchase order (PO) processing and coordination with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Create Purchase Orders (PO) in the system(Million System)
- Issue PO to suppliers via email
- Maintain and update PO / PR tracking records
- Follow up with suppliers on order confirmation and delivery status
- Support documentation and filing of procurement records
- Assist Purchaser in day-to-day administrative tasks
