Software Sales
Drive and lead our sales, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. In this role, you will develop strategic sales plans, mentor sales representatives, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the SaaS/software landscape, a track record of exceeding quotas, and exceptional leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales Planning
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
2. Sales Execution & Customer Relationship
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, ensuring a healthy pipeline from lead generation to closing.
- Enterprise Deals: Assist in high-level negotiations and closing major deals, particularly with C-level buyers (CIO, CTO).
- Customer Success: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
3. Operations & Collaboration
- CRM Hygiene: Ensure accurate, up-to-date tracking of all sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align sales strategies and improve product offerings.
