Responsibilities:
· Perform design and analysis for Civil & Structural engineering works.
· Liaise with other consultants, contractors & authorities from inception to complete the project.
· Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to authorities and clients.
· Coordinates and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of construction of projects.
· Pre-tender, tender and contract administration for the Organization’s development projects.
· To prepare specifications and documents for the purpose of inviting tenders.
· Evaluate received tenders and provide competitive analysis.
· To prepare the quotations.
· Beside design work, structural inspections of buildings and civil engineering structures are also included.
· Travel outstation for meeting as and when required.
Requirements:
· At least a good diploma/degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
· Able to use different analysis software & doing key plans using AutoCAD, ETABS.
· Good project management and communication skills.
· Hardworking, honest, careful, high caliber, fast worker, teamwork, humble and respectful to others.
· Those with people’s skills like managing people, time and resources are highly recommended.
· Those with fire safety work experience may also apply.
· Candidates with more than 3 years of relevant experience would be considered for Executive Engineer Position.
