We are seeking a highly skilled Active Directory Engineer with experience in planning and executing Active Directory (AD) migrations/Upgrade. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive upgrade plans, performing assessments of existing environments, and ensuring a seamless migration with minimal disruption. In addition, candidate should have skill to lead the project and deal with stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement Active Directory servers upgrade plans including detailed timelines and risk mitigation strategies.
• Perform assessments of current AD environments, including domain controllers, group policies, and security configurations.
• Develop AD upgrade plan to opt new Windows 2025 AD Servers.
• Identify the Dependency on existing AD server and remove the dependency without interrupting the Business.
• Plan and implement the DC isolation, demotion, and promotion.
• Work with application and service owner to mitigate the insecure protocols whenever identified.
• Work with Application team to remove the hardcoding
• Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to ensure compatibility and successful Upgrade.
• Troubleshoot Directory Synchronization and Federation Services
• DFS, DNS and Group Policy management
• Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting expertise during migration activities.
• Work with customers and other IT stakeholders to identify and define secure solution requirements.
• Use Migration Manager to migrate data from the existing AD to the new AD.
• Develop scripts to automate the day-to-day task
• Execute pre-migration testing and develop fallback plans.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices for AD environments.
• Ensure compliance with existing processes and security policies.
• Provide post-upgrade support and resolve any technical issues.
• Act as a technical lead, mentoring juniorL1/L2 engineers, reviewing changes, and driving team adherence to ITIL processes.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience configuring, managing, and implementing Active Directory
• Good communication, writing, and customer services skills.
• Knowledge of Service Now, Change Management, Problem Management , reporting and Incident Management.
• Must have hands-on experience with Active Directory upgrade
• Extensive Experience of AD life cycle management.
• Experience to deal with authentication, authorization, and OS level issues.
• Experience with AD migration tools such as ADMT (Active Directory Migration Tool), Quest Migration Manager, or similar tools.
• Experience with windows 2025 Server/AD would be preferred.
• Experience developing AD migration plan and developing scripts to automate AD data migration
• Experience running Active Directory health checks.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
• Experience with AD enterprise certificate services, AD federation services, and identity manager
• Active Directory hands on experience in a multi-site/multi-domain/multi-forest environment, is required.
• Proven experience with AD security and best practices

We are seeking an experienced Backup Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in Veritas NetBackup to manage and support enterprise backup environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NetBackup (10.x), Data Domain systems, tape libraries, and SAN infrastructure, along with exposure to cloud backup solutions such as Azure Recovery Services Vault. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure high availability, reliability,and performance of backup systems while delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

·      Administer and support Veritas NetBackup Master and Media Servers in enterprise environments.

·      Manage and maintain NetBackup Media Appliances and backup repositories.

·      Configure and support Data Domain systems (DD9300, DD9400, DD6900).

·      Operate and maintain tape backup infrastructure, including IBM TS4300 libraries.

·      Manage and support cloud backup solutions using Azure Recovery Services Vault via the Microsoft Azure Portal.

We are seeking a Network Specialist having experience in solutioning, deploying, and supporting Zscaler security solutions,. The role involves implementing and supporting day2 operations for secure internet access and zero-trust network architectures using Zscaler’s suite of solutions, including ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access) , ZPA (Zscaler Private Access), Zscaler Zero Trust Network Architecture and ZDX along with strong handson skills on Routing / Switching and Next Generation Firewalls like checkpoint / Palo Alto / Cisco FTD / CiscoASA / Fortigate .

Key Responsibilities:

1)     Day 2 operations support for Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) , Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) , Zscaler Digital experience , Zscaler app connectors , Zscaler posture profiling to providesecure internet and application access in line with client securityrequirements.

2)     Solutioning , deploying and supporting Zero Trust Network Architecture (ZTNA) using Zscaler, ensuringrobust security for remote and on-premises users.

3)     Configure and optimize Zscaler services to protect users, devices, and applications from internet-basedthreats while ensuring seamless access to cloud and on-prem resources.

4)     Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Zscaler deployments andintegrations with existing infrastructure.

5)     Monitor and optimize Zscaler performance and security policies, ensuring compliance with clients regulations and best practices for data protection.

6)     Manage and support policy enforcement, logging, and reporting for internet access control, including integration with SIEM platforms for threat detection and response.

7)     Act as a key liaison between business units, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful Zscaler Day 2 support and alignment with business needs.
