Requirements:

• Engagement: Exceptional ability to influence and manage relationships with C-suite and senior-level stakeholders.
• Agnostic Agility: Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you are expected to own outcomes from start to finish.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 5-10 years in Business Development, specifically within Social Commerce, Performance Marketing, or E-commerce enablement.
• Track Record: Proven ability to scale partnerships with mid-to-large-cap brands in the SEA retail or digital advertising space.
• Platform Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of the short-video and live-streaming ecosystem, including creator-driven campaigns and paid media optimization.
• Network: A strong, existing "black book" of contacts within the regional DTC, FMCG, or digital agency sectors.
• Language: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred to facilitate communication with our global headquarters and regional partners.
