Job Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and walk-in inquiries
• Perform cashiering duties such as billing, payment collection (cash, card, and digital payments), and issuing receipts
• Prepare and process invoices accurately, including insurance claims and relevant documentation
• Maintain proper records of daily transactions, patient visits, and financial reports
• Handle phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
• Assist in verifying patient details, updating medical records, and maintaining confidentiality
• Support basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, stock checks, and inventory coordination

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience as Clinic Assistant/Receptionist, experience in any clinic setting will be a strong advantage
• Strong communication skills, passionate to interact with patients
• Minimum O levels education qualification

• Attend to telephone and email enquiries for Medical Social Service.

• Provide administrative support to the Medical Social Worker on referrals, accompany social worker on field visits and assist in interpretation if required.

Junior Engineer, Functional Test

Job Description

Support new product introduction (NPI) and develop manufacturing test solutions for electronic products. Involved in designing test equipment, developing test software, and ensuring smooth transition from design to production.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test equipment and fixtures
• Create test plans, specifications, and procedures
• Develop/modify test software (C++, C#)
• Support NPI, testing, and troubleshooting activities
• Work with PLC I/O and communication protocols (USB, Ethernet/IP)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure quality compliance

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related

Process Engineering Assistant (MNC Electronic Assembly)

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Process Engineering Assistant to join a New Product Introduction (NPI) team in a leading MNC electronics manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will support the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, ensuring smooth transition of new products into production in accordance with established development standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the introduction of new products into the manufacturing facility in line with Common Product Development (CPD) processes
• Work closely with Industrialization Process Engineers to optimise product and process design for manufacturability
• Assist in developing and implementing manufacturing layouts, processes, and related documentation
• Support execution of prototype and pilot build activities
• Support SMT and backend manufacturing processes, including testing activities
• Assist in programming Universal SMT equipment for prototype processing
• Set up and calibrate equipment for prototype builds, including SPI, SMT, Reflow, Wave Soldering, and Routing processes

Requirements

• Diploma or ITE in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related discipline
• 2–3 years of experience in electronic manufacturing/assembly is an advantage
• Good understanding of PCB design, SMT processes, test equipment, and machinery setup
• Familiarity with IPC standards and PCB design guidelines preferred
• Experience with CAMCAD tools is an added advantage
