Job Description
Plan and co-ordinate on the project progress and schedule and ensure timely completion
Attend project meeting and prepare report for project progress update
Prepare project budget and cost estimation
Coordinate and plan to achieve project milestones, project deliverables and schedule monitoring
Manage, control and monitor all project activities such as engineering design, site execution, testing and commissioning of project
Prepare / review as built iso for claim purpose, follow up with client for any outstanding DO issue
To prepare progress claim report and submit progress claim documents according to client requirement
To prepare operations and maintenance manual after project completion
To coordinate with inter-departments for operations matters (procurement, engineering, group office)
Competency Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
Familiarity with semi-conductor/construction industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of QA/QC procedure (PQR/WPS) will be an added advantage
Multi-tasking team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills

Recommend to the occupier of the worksite to implement such reasonably practicable measures to remedy the unsafe condition, unsafe work practice;
Enter, inspect and examine at any reasonable time the worksite;
Inspect, examine any machinery, equipment, plant, installation, article in the worksite;
Require the production of worksite records, certificates, notices and documents kept or required to be kept under the Act, including any other relevant document, and to inspect and examine any of them;
Make such examination, inquiry of the worksite of any person at work at that worksite as may be necessary to execute his duties;
Assess the level of noise, illumination, heat, harmful, hazardous substances in the worksite and the exposure levels of persons at work therein;
Investigate any accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational disease that occurred within the worksite.
Job requirements:
Minimum GCE “O” Level with a pass in English
WSQ Certificate in WSH (Level B)
First Aider Certificate
WAH Assessor's Certificate
At least 2-3 years’ experience as Safety Coordinator in Oil& Gas, Petrochemical and Pharmaceutical Industries
