We are a boutique law firm with expertise in M&A, securities law, blockchain matters and disputes. We are seeking an Associate to grow our team and contribute to our firm's success.
Who we are looking for:
Qualified lawyer who is commercial-minded and can connect the dots.
- 1 to 3 years PQE
- Experience in corporate / M&A / securities matters is a plus
- Good drafting, analytical and research skills
- Driven and detail-oriented, eager to learn and committed to high-quality work
- Able to communicate effectively and collaborate within a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in transactions and other matters as needed
- Draft and review legal documents and agreements
- Provide legal advice and support to clients
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Collaborate with team members on various projects
