Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing and supporting the after-sales service needs of our customers. In addition, he/she will support and help manage the customer service department to meet its key performance indicators, including customers’ satisfaction and revenue generation.

Main Responsibilities

1. Provide on-site and remote technical support for Enetek’s solutions across:

• DC Power Systems (Rectifiers)

• UPS Systems

• Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)

• EV Charging Infrastructure

• Data Center & Telecom Power Systems

2. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and high system reliability.

3. Take full ownership of after-sales service, including installation support, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.

4. Respond to customer issues with urgency, ensure timely attendance and resolution in line with service level expectations.

5. Act as the frontline technical representative, engaging directly with customers to understand issues, provide solutions, and build confidence in Enetek’s capabilities.

6. Prepare clear and detailed service reports, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and recommendations for system improvements.

7. Work closely with internal engineering and technical teams to escalate complex issues, validate solutions, and ensure continuous improvement.

8. Support site acceptance testing (SAT), factory acceptance testing (FAT), and system handovers where required.

9. Ensure all service activities are conducted in compliance with safety standards, procedures, and customer requirements.

10. Provide technical feedback from the field, including recurring issues, product performance, and customer insights to improve product reliability and service quality.

11. Maintain strong customer relationships through professional conduct, responsiveness, and technical competence.

12. Support regional service activities as required, including travel to customer sites across Singapore and other markets.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic) or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Technical knowledge of AC UPS / DC Rectifiers and Batteries
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with all parts of the product (electrical or mechanical) procedures
• Good communication skills both written and verbal in order to relay the problem and solution to customers and top management.

Job Summary

Manage and grow key accounts by building deep, trusted relationships with decision-makers to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction. You are responsible for driving revenue through proactive upselling, leading commercial tenders, and delivering technical presentations, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery. By monitoring market trends and defending account positions, you will own the end-to-end growth strategy to maximize customer lifetime value and consistently exceed revenue KPIs.

7. Deliver strong technical and commercial presentations, reinforcing value propositions and strengthening customer confidence in Enetek’s solutions.

8. Lead and manage proposals, tenders, commercial discussions, and contract renewals for existing accounts to secure continuous business.

9. Coordinate closely with internal engineering and product teams to ensure seamless delivery, solution alignment, and customer satisfaction.

10. Maintain full visibility of account performance through structured pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting.

11. Monitor customer activity, market trends, and competitor movements to defend and expand account position.

12. While primarily focused on existing customers, actively identify and convert new opportunities within and beyond assigned accounts.

13. Represent Enetek professionally at all touchpoints, own the relationship, protect the account, and continuously grow its value.

4. Take full ownership of business development, from market penetration strategy to deal closure, consistently building a high-quality pipeline that delivers against and exceeds assigned KPIs and revenue targets.

5. Establish, develop, and dominate strategic customer relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, contractors, and partners to position Enetek as the preferred solution provider.

6. Lead from the front in opportunity creation, prospecting, qualifying, and converting high-value deals in competitive environments.

7. Deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations, confidently positioning complex solutions and driving customer conviction.

8. Take charge of proposal development, tender management, commercial negotiations, and deal structuring to secure profitable business outcomes.

9. Work closely with engineering and product teams to shape winning solutions, ensuring technical accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with customer requirements.

Job Summary

Work directly with the Sales Team and provide them with technical guidance on product offering and solution based on the customer’s technical requirement and the company's products and services.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide the technical expertise to help customers find the best product and service solutions for their requirements & needs.

• Maintain relationships with the key suppliers, contractors and clients to ensure that the products and services offered meet the customer’s technical and operation requirement and make recommendations for promoting sales.

• Evaluate the technical specification and requirement for various field applications.

• Analyze the feasibility of implementing the Company’s products and services to meet the Customer’s technical expectation for successful field applications.

• Perform System sizing and design the solution to meet the technical requirement for various field applications.

• Propose the optimized solution to the Sales Team and make recommendations to promote sales.

• Provide technical support to customers and Sales Team on technical queries related to the products and services offered.

• Coordinate with System Engineering and Product Management team to identify and resolve product issues.

• Develop and maintain relationship with Sales Team, Customers and key Suppliers to ensure the smooth integration of solution.

• Provide troubleshooting and technical advice on product issues and coordinate with the Production Team for RMA support.

• Assist the Sales Team with the Product Transfer Price to complete the Quotation.

• Participate in technical meetings with Sales Team and Customers when required.

• Respond to the changes in the customer’s technical requirement and provide advice to the Sales Team to revise the product offering accordingly.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Telecom Industry with at least 5 years or relevant industry
• Strong knowledge & proven experience of Electrical System / solution for Telecom Industries
• Technical knowledge of AC UPS / DC Rectifiers and batteries
• Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills
• Good technical presentation skills
• Good problem-solving skills and an analytical mind set
