This role 

The Cloud Security Engineer is responsible for securing our AWS environment, with a strong focus on automation, AI-assisted workflows, and scalable security controls.

This role is not just about fixing issues, but about building intelligent systems that continuously detect, prioritise, and remediate cloud risks with minimal manual effort.

As a Cloud Security Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Cloud Security Engineering

• Remediate cloud risks across IAM, network exposure, encryption, and workloads
• Design and implement secure-by-default patterns across AWS (IAM guardrails, network segmentation, least privilege)
• Partner with SRE and Engineering to embed security into infrastructure and deployments

AI-Driven Detection & Response

• Leverage AI tools to triage, prioritise, and investigate cloud security findings
• Build workflows that correlate signals from cloud logs, EDR, and third-party tools into actionable insights
• Continuously improve detection coverage using AI-assisted analysis

DevSecOps & Automation

• Build automated security checks into CI/CD (IaC scanning, dependency risk, secrets detection)
• Use AI to accelerate vulnerability triage and remediation workflows
• Reduce manual security effort through scripting, automation, and intelligent tooling

Security Data & Intelligence

• Integrate and analyse data from sources such as SBOMs, vulnerability feeds, and threat intelligence
• Use AI to identify patterns, emerging risks, and prioritisation signals across large datasets
• Contribute to internal “security data platform” initiatives

Who You Are 

Required

• Strong experience securing AWS environments
• Solid understanding of IAM, networking, logging, and cloud-native architectures
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to script and automate (Python, Bash, or similar)
• Familiarity with SBOM, supply chain security, and dependency risk management
• Experience using or integrating AI tools in engineering or security workflows

Preferred

• Experience with tools like AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, Wiz, or Datadog
• Experience building internal tools or automation platforms

What we need

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analytics Engineer (Marketing) with hands-on experience in data science, marketing analytics, or a similar role, and who has a deep knowledge of the MarTech stack. We are also looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work cross-functionally across teams, can accelerate the adoption of AI in marketing initiatives, by establishing the right data infrastructure foundations and embedding AI applications across our MarTech stack (e.g., Braze, Marketo).

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage data pipelines to integrate marketing and CRM data into a single source of truth.
• Resolve integration challenges across multiple marketing platforms, tools, and systems.
• Simplify complex, cross-channel reporting to support faster, smarter decision-making.
• Break down MarTech data silos to uncover end-to-end customer and campaign insights.
• Design and optimise predictive lead scoring models using behavioural, demographic, and firmographic data.
• Analyse and improve MQL quality by creating data views that highlight fit, intent, and downstream performance.
• Develop intent models based on user behaviour to power audience segmentation and personalised campaigns.
• Implement advanced attribution and media mix modelling to fine-tune ad spend and boost ROI.
• Build smart dashboards and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights to marketing and sales teams.
• Partner with Marketing to define and track candidate quality metrics across all channels, supporting long-term engagement and re-engagement strategies.

What we’re looking for

• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with data pipeline development and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio).
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
• Expertise in Martech platforms (e.g., CRM, automation, advertising).
• Strong grasp of Webtech (GA4, GTM, conversion event tracking).
• Understanding of GTM data layer configuration and conversion tracking.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science, statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of marketing attribution methods and campaign measurement.

What your days might look like

our role will be pivotal in driving the commercial success of Employment Hero through:

• Providing product-led guidance to Product & Engineering leaders, enabling execution at maximum velocity.

• Contributing to the People Team's strategic priorities as a member of the Performance Ops Team.

• Advising on organisational design, ensuring we're optimised for success and set up to scale effectively.

• Supporting talent management and succession planning to enhance leadership effectiveness.

• Helping establish and maintain a high performance culture across Product & Engineering, aligned to EH expectations and Product Ways of Working.

As our People Partner – Technology you'll be responsible for:

Strategic Partnering

• Act as a trusted partner to Product & Engineering leaders, supporting how teams scale, perform, and deliver.

• Partner on organisational design decisions that directly support Product strategy. Constructively challenge leaders on structure and people challenges in alignment with Product Ways of Working.

• Support leaders to make fast, high-quality people decisions in line with EH's Mission-First and High-Performance culture.

• Coach Product & Engineering leaders on how to role model the EH Way through their decisions, communication, and trade-offs.

Performance, Growth and Delivery

• Partner with leaders to drive and sustain high performance through clear expectations, effective performance management, and timely intervention.

• Use data, insight, and judgment to identify performance bottlenecks, capability gaps, or structural constraints.
