Responsible for project deliverables and ensuring project is completed on time and within budget.
Perform site management on the installation works, inspections and testing.
Analysing and management of project risk, cost and budget and contractual issue.
Liaise with the clients, consultants, main contractor / M&E team, sub-contractors and internal team and departments.
Possess knowledge of financial principles.
Develop project schedules in compliance with customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; track schedule progress in the field and update the schedule regularly.
Organising, guiding and motivating of engineers and ensure all project activities are efficiently and cost-effectively executed throughout the project life cycle.
Ensuring compliance to project scope and technical specifications.
Govern corporate records and documentation control with strong accuracy and compliance standards.
Manage service providers, contract negotiations, renewals, and performance tracking.
Identify required resources, form project teams, and lead them to successful completion.
Track and manage project scope, cost, schedule, risks, and quality.
Ensure timely, on-budget, and quality delivery of all project deliverables.
Escalate risks and issues promptly to Management, proposing mitigation strategies.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
