Job Summary:
The Concrete Mixer Truck Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of ready-mix concrete from the batching plant to construction sites. This role ensures the quality of the concrete is maintained during transit, deliveries are completed on time, and all safety and operational procedures are strictly followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and drive the concrete mixer truck safely to deliver concrete to assigned project sites
• Ensure concrete is mixed properly during transportation to maintain quality standards
• Deliver materials according to schedule and customer requirements
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the mixer truck
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, plant operators, and site personnel
• Assist in coordinating the unloading process at construction sites
• Report any vehicle faults, delays, or incidents promptly

Requirements:

• Valid driving license for heavy vehicles (relevant class based on local regulations)
• Proven experience in operating heavy trucks or concrete mixer trucks preferred
• Good knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is an advantage

Preferred Skills:

• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Familiarity with construction site safety practices

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
• Process payroll, attendance, overtime, and leave records
• Maintain proper employee records and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company policies
• Liaise with staff on HR matters and provide support on enquiries
• Coordinate training and safety-related requirements for workers
• Manage foreign worker matters (accommodation, medical, insurance, etc.)
• Prepare HR reports and perform general administrative duties
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of HR experience (preferably in construction/manufacturing)
• Familiar with MOM regulations and work pass matters
• Experience in Info Tech payroll processing is an advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
