CIVIL LITIGATION SECRETARY/PARALEGAL
Our firm is looking for an experienced Civil Litigation Secretary/Paralegal with knowledge in Civil Law. One who is punctual, organized, and has stellar time management doing the following tasks:
- Organize and maintain case files ensuring they are updated
- Answering phone calls, re-directing calls, and taking call notes
- Conducting conflict checks and client onboarding
- Updating the firm’s practice management software and other data bases in a timely and accurate manner
- Providing secretarial support to one or more lawyers at the Firm
- Maintain the teams’ calendar by scheduling Court diaries and client’s meeting
- Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and provide timely reminders
- Filing documents via E-Litigation
- Perform other administrative duties such as organizing, filing, scanning, photocopying, bundling, transcribing, and faxing of legal documents in a timely manner
