Job Advertisement: Application Support Analyst (Landscape Projects)

Salary : $3600- $4200

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for smart landscaping applications and systems (irrigation, lighting, IOT platforms)
• Troubleshoot issues in automation systems, sensors, controllers, and connectivity problems
• Monitor application/system performance to ensure smooth operation, up time, and data accuracy
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of smart landscaping systems
• Maintain system logs, incident records, configuration changes, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for project delivery and issue resolution
• Assist in resolving operational issues affecting field and application systems
• Assist in budgeting, cost monitoring, procurement schedules, and resource planning
• Support procurement and vendor coordination for system upgrades or replacements
• Provide technical input for selection of IOT devices, automation platforms, and system improvements
• Support implementation of system updates, change requests, and corrective actions
• Assist in tender preparation and other project-related documentation as required
• Perform ad-hoc technical and operational tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Mathematics, or equivalent discipline
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in application support, technical support, or project coordination roles
• Strong understanding of sensors, embedded systems, and control systems
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand project documentation
• Basic understanding of project workflows; experience in construction or landscaping industry is an advantage
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in both office and site environments
• Willingness to work on shift basis and extended hours if required

• Plan and execute underground cable work 22,66,230,400KV and demolition projects.
• Conduct cable detection surveys using specialized equipment to locate underground cables and utilities.
• Mark cable and utility locations accurately to prevent damage during construction and excavation work.
• Oversee logistics operations to ensure efficient delivery of resources.
• Prepare and submit tenders while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Utilize AutoCAD to create detailed drawings and designs for projects.
• Conduct project scheduling and risk management to ensure timely and safe project completion.
• Leverage tools like Safe 365 – SP Digital for safety and digital project tracking.
• Perform project scope analysis and create PSR.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site to prevent accidents and ensure worker safety.
• Actively pursue these goals within the designated time frame, ensuring acquired skills contribute to achieving company targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology or equivalent
• Must have minimum of 5 years of working experience in underground cable works & demolition project.
• Must have knowledge and experience in AutoCAD
• Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Willing to work in construction site and under hot sun
• Able to perform work in underground settings

• Analyze user requirements and define technical specifications
• Provide advice, guidance, and knowledge sharing on business processes, applications, and system configurations
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of applications in line with company digital strategies and governance
• Ensure solutions meet requirements for performance, security, and service standards
• Drive continuous improvement through process and technical enhancements
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to resolve complex system and application issues
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis
• Manage system alerts and ensure timely resolution of incidents
• Assess system compatibility and ensure smooth integration of applications
• Track and escalate technical issues when necessary
• Support site operations, including site surveys and progress reporting
• Attend client meetings and prepare necessary documentation
• Coordinate and manage teams of technicians across various work locations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper execution of site procedures

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant working experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience in application support, system administration, or related roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work on-site and perform shift duties when required
