Direct and oversee on-site building operations from start to finish

1. Project & Site Management

• Schedule Control: Plan, schedule, and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure construction meets specific milestones and avoids delays.
• Resource Allocation: Manage site labor forces, equipment, and material deliveries to minimize waste and optimize productivity.
• Technical Compliance: Review architectural and engineering drawings and conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements and client expectations.

2. Safety & Risk Management (WSH)

• Regulatory Adherence: Enforce workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations according to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential hazards, conduct safety audits, and respond quickly to technical difficulties or site emergencies.
• Modern Integration: Implement advanced site safety measures, such as geofencing to track worker movement, as promoted by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA).

3. Quality Control

• Building Standards: Monitor the quality of construction to ensure full compliance with Building Control Regulations.
• Defect Management: Conduct site inspections and oversee quality management systems to meet required structural and finishing standards.

4. Cost Control & Administration

• Budget Tracking: Manage project expenditures, negotiate costs with subcontractors, and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
• Reporting: Prepare progress reports, tenders, and contract bids to track costs and communicate updates to senior management and clients.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation regarding changes in specifications, scope, and drawings.

5. Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaison: Coordinate with government and statutory authorities, consultants, suppliers, and developers.
• Team Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, supervisors, and tradespeople.

6. Productivity & Innovation

• Adopting Tech: Leverage modern construction methods promoted locally, such as Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) and construction automation, to boost productivity

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant at Pioneer Centre to manage inventory, assist customers, and ensure accurate order fulfillment in a hardware and household goods environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with inquiries about hardware and household products to enhance their shopping experience
• Pack and double-check items carefully to ensure order accuracy and prevent errors
• Stock, shelve, and organize hardware supplies to maintain inventory readiness
• Operate backend POS systems efficiently to manage sales transactions
• Support logistics by assisting with goods movement and maintaining a clean, organized retail space
• Maintain composure and effectiveness during busy or urgent periods
• Apply strong attention to detail to avoid mistakes in order fulfillment
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members to support smooth operations

Compensation

Job Description & Requirements: JOB VACANCY: CLASS 3 DELIVERY DRIVER. We are looking for a physically fit, hardworking, and reliable Class 3 Delivery Driver to join our team, located at Tuas. If you are familiar with Singapore roads, a safe driver, and able to handle physical labor in a fast-paced environment, we want you!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Driving & Delivery: Safely operate a Class 3 vehicle to deliver essential goods to Ship Chandlers and various retail outlets.

• Heavy Lifting: Loading and unloading of goods from the vehicle. Must be able to carry and maneuver heavy items during deliveries daily.

• Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, tidy, and in good working condition. Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.

• Inventory & Paperwork: Ensure all delivery orders (DO) are signed and accounted for. Assist in sorting items before departure.

• General Duties: Any other ad-hoc warehouse or delivery duties as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• License: Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License with a clean driving record.

• Citizenship: Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR) ONLY.

• Physical Fitness: Must be physically strong and capable of performing heavy lifting and manual labor.

• Attitude: Punctual, responsible, and a good team player.

• Experience: Prior experience in delivery driving or maritime logistics is an advantage but not mandatory.

WORKING HOURS:

• Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
