At EF International Language Schools- Singapore, our international students join EF programmes to learn English or Mandarin and to experience what Singapore has to offer with regards to social and cultural activities.

The school is looking for dynamic Mandarin teachers (Part-time/ Full-time) to teach Mandarin to our students.

Qualifications and competencies:

· Relevant Bachelor's degree with Chinese Teaching Certificate is required.

· Experience in teaching to groups and different types of Mandarin courses (e.g. Business Mandarin, HSK preparation).

· Good written and verbal communication skills that can be applied across cultures.

· Flexibility, enthusiasm, a positive attitude, combined with flair and creativity to get the job done.

· Basic computer literacy.

· Singapore Citizen/PR only.

Responsibilities:

· To teach Mandarin courses as per EF's Efekta System based on task-based learning.

· To plan the classes and to mark students’ work.

· To contribute help and advise colleagues, and share supplementary materials and ideas for the lessons.

· To attend school meetings and contribute to ideas and share suppementary materials to enhance the teaching standards.

· To input grades and attendance for students.

· To contribute to the development and maintenance of the school’s academic resources.

· To administer regular tests to the class.

Student Services & Activities Coordinator

About the Role

This is a dynamic, student-facing role combining student services, compliance, and activities coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless student journey—from arrival and immigration compliance to delivering an engaging and memorable activities programme.

At EF International Language School, our students come from all over the world, with the majority aged 16+ and studying year-round. This is a customer-facing role in a dynamic international environment, supporting a diverse adult student community.

Key Responsibilities

Student Services & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with student immigration policies
- Manage student pass processes and documentation
- Maintain accurate student records and attendance tracking
- Prepare documentation for student intakes
- Liaise with EF sales offices globally
- Ensure student files are complete
- Support medical check-ups and pass collections
- Compile reports and maintain SOPs

Reception & Customer Experience

- Provide front-line customer service at reception
- Support student queries and create a welcoming environment
- Handle concerns professionally
- Contribute to overall student satisfaction

Activities & Events Coordination

- Plan and deliver activities and excursions
- Manage schedules and logistics
- Coordinate suppliers and transport
- Promote events
- Support Activity Leaders
- Enhance programme based on feedback
