General Responsibilities: Providing technical support and assistance on various projects. Include site coordination, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Technical Support:

Providing technical assistance to project managers, engineers, and other team members.

Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:

Identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during project execution.

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and organize work.

Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy in work.

Technical Expertise: Knowledge of relevant technical standards, procedures, and regulations.

May assist with the construction of a project by performing inspections, testing, and data collection.

Position: Interior Designer

Salary: From SGD 2,000 (based on experience)

Working Hours: Mon – Sat, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Requirements:

• Malaysian WP/PR holder

• Experience in AutoCAD & 3D Design

• Able to prepare layout plans, 3D renderings, and detailed drawings

• Good understanding of space planning, materials, and design concepts

• Able to communicate with clients and contractors

• Responsible, creative, and able to meet project deadlines

• Basic knowledge of site measurement and project coordination

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare design proposals, layouts, and 3D visualizations

• Work closely with clients to understand design requirements

• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers

• Assist in site visits, measurements, and project supervision

• Ensure designs are practical, functional, and within budget

• Supervise work progress
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Prepare project schedule/timeline and manage deadlines for the delivery of projects on time.
• Onsite meeting with respective sales person When needed.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities, including scheduling meetings.
• Working hours: 8am - 8pm
• Skills: Class 3 Driving license or Motorcycle license with own transport.
