Job Summary

The AS/RS Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of automated storage and retrieval systems. This role ensures the efficient and safe operation of automated warehouse equipment, including cranes, conveyors, shuttles, sensors, and control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on AS/RS equipment to minimize downtime
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system faults
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability
• Troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, motors, drives, and communication networks
• Respond promptly to system alarms and operational issues
• Conduct routine inspections and maintain maintenance logs and documentation
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to optimize system performance
• Assist in system upgrades, installations, and commissioning activities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Train operators on basic system use and safety procedures

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working with automated systems, material handling equipment, or industrial machinery
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and respond to emergencies

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Job Description & Requirements:

• Perform invoice processing and data entry into system.
• Perform AR/AP activities on the go.
• Liaise with customer/suppliers on monthly statement and reconciliation issues.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Possess positive working attitude, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
• Good team player
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be preferred

Working Hours : Mon - Sat

- Day shift and Night shift available

- Season parking allowance will be given.

- Delivering goods to customers in a safe and timely manner.

- Possess valid singapore driving license.

- Experience in driving 14ft truck / 24ft truck / prime mover / lorry crane

- 7 days Annual Leave upon confirmation.

- Diesel, cashcard and vehicle will be provided.

• Wash toilet (both female & male toilets) daily
• Dust and wipe all surfaces, desks, tables, and office furniture (twice a week)
• Clean windows, doors, and glass partitions (once a week)
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as reception, meeting rooms, pantry, and corridors
• Empty trash bins daily
• Ensure the toilets/pantry area is clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
