Job Summary

Join Easy Helper PTD LTD as an EA Personnel to manage end-to-end foreign domestic helper placement services, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with MOM regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and respond promptly to customer enquiries to drive business growth
• Conduct interviews with helpers and compile detailed biodata for employer review
• Arrange and facilitate interviews between employers and helpers to ensure good matches
• Match customer requirements with helper profiles and recommend suitable candidates to close sales
• Process all deployment documents including Security Bond, Employment Contract, Service Agreement, Rest Day form, and Safety Agreement accurately and timely
• Perform Work Permit transactions with MOM via WP Online to ensure compliance and smooth deployment
• Provide after-sales follow-up and mediate between helpers and employers to resolve issues effectively
• Coordinate with MOM for card collection and thumbprint arrangements as required
• Guide and support junior EA personnel by addressing their questions and providing mentorship
• Willingly work on weekends and undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support business needs
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain records and reports efficiently (preferred skill)

Required competencies and certifications

• CEI BASIC or KAH certification
• Minimum 2 years of EA experience in foreign domestic worker services

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word to enhance administrative efficiency

Maid Agency EA Personnel

We are looking for EA Personnel to join our growingbusiness.

• Attractive starting salary (based on experience)
• The candidate must be a Burmese native speaker to cater the business needs and act as a translator for Myanmar helpers.
• Candidates without experiences are welcome to apply as training will be provided, however, a valid pass to work in Singapore is required, e.g. Singapore PR, a LTVP or a DP holder who might get consent from MOM to work, as the company will not apply WP or SP for the candidates.

Roles & Responsibilities

EA Personnel Responsibilities:

• Candidates have CEI BASIC is preferred but not required. We will support the employee to get the certificate subsequently.
• To handle sales and customers enquiries
• To interview helpers and compile their biodata
• To arrange and conduct interviews between the employers and helpers
• To match customer's requirements with helper's profiles & recommend most suitable helpers to the employers and close the sales
