Job Summary
Support the Accounting Manager in managing financial and audit processes, enhancing accounting policies, improving business operations, and guiding junior finance team members to ensure accurate and efficient financial management.
Responsibilities
- Support the Accounting Manager in coordinating and managing the annual financial closing and audit processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and reinforcing Group Accounting Policies and internal control procedures to maintain compliance and financial integrity
- Participate in initiatives to analyze and improve business processes, financial systems, and operational efficiency for enhanced performance
- Provide guidance and support to junior finance team members to develop their skills and ensure accurate financial data handling
- Execute additional finance-related projects or duties assigned by management to support organizational goals
General Requirements
3 to 5 years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in audit
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and other Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word, PowerPoint, SAP would be advantageous
