Key Responsibilities
- Manage landscape design projects from concept through to successful completion, ensuring design quality and client satisfaction
- Prepare detailed landscape proposals, presentations, and tender submissions to secure new projects
- Build and sustain strong professional relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to support project success and future business
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project consultations to assess requirements
- Coordinate effectively with operations, project, and maintenance teams to ensure timely and smooth project delivery
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant authority regulations and industry standards for quality and safety
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in landscape design and project management.
- Experience within the landscaping or construction industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, or relevant design software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
