Project Manager

• Lead and oversees project execution, monitor site progress, and ensure on-time completion of the project
• Carry out the overall project planning, cost control and project management
• Work closely with project and operation teams and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery of the project and excellent quality of work done
• Arrange submission of plans to relevant authorities for approval and arrange inspections of building work
• Co-ordinate layout plan, M&E plan and visuals, prepare project schedule and quotations to clients and submit tenders for the project to clients
• Liaise with consultants for technical issues and coordinate with subcontractors on the site activities
• Manage contractors with a focus on quality, compliance with engineering drawings, applicable code and standards, and project schedule and cost

Prepare report & monitor ongoing site activities

Requirements:

· Recognized Diploma/Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering/iInterior Design or equivalent

· Minimum 5 years of practical working experience in an ID/Interior company

· Excellent leadership, time management, analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

· Able to implement Construction Project Management good practices

· Organised, meticulous with positive work attitude

· Good team player with strong leadership skills

· Skilled in managing and motivating diverse, multi-functional, multi-cultural project teams.

Job Descriptions

• To prepare tender bids for submission on time.
• Quantity take off and asking for quotes from suppliers.
• Evaluate of quotation and costing summary for approval prior to tender submission
• Prepare notification for extension of time from any potential project delay
• Review and understand all drawings and specifications
• Responsible for coordination with contractors, suppliers, and other parties
• Handle pre or post-tender procurement which includes sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and trade contractors.
• Handle project administration and documentation, including preparation of sub-contract, Variation Orders, etc.

Assist and perform all tasks assigned by respective superiors.

Job Requirements :

• At least 3-5 years of ID / A&A work experience in Singapore
• Resourceful, and sensitive to numerical.
• Experience in participating in full interior fit-out projects.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Work well under tight submission deadlines.
• High sense of responsibility and integrity.
