Oversee servicing, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, especially water-cooled and air-cooled chillers
Manage a team of technicians and subcontractors for preventive and corrective maintenance
Plan and schedule service jobs, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction
Attend site inspections, troubleshoot system issues, and provide technical solutions
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams on service matters
Prepare service reports, quotations, and maintenance contracts
Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement
Drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HVAC/chiller systems, with supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of chiller systems (e.g., centrifugal, screw, scroll chillers)
Familiar with BMS, cooling towers, pumps, and chilled water systems
Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
Knowledge of local safety regulations and standards (e.g., MOM, WSH in Singapore)
Proficient in MS Office and report preparation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in managing large commercial or industrial HVAC projects
