Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow DTL’s talent pool and recruitment channels to support hiring needs
• Support the creation and distribution of recruitment marketing materials to attract qualified candidates
• Contribute to various HR projects to improve overall human resource functions

Job Summary

The system administrator collaborates with IT and other teams to maintain and enhance the security, performance, and scalability of IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain server and network infrastructure to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and robust security across all systems
• Configure and set up hardware including workstations, network devices, and servers to support operational needs
• Perform routine system maintenance, apply updates, and manage backups to ensure system reliability and data integrity
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to optimize existing IT processes and infrastructure

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems and network fundamentals to support system administration tasks
• Familiar with scripting languages such as Bash or Python to automate and streamline IT operations
• Familiar with infrastructure monitoring tools to track system health and performance
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies
