• During the participate in all the steps involved in the manufacturing process.
• Coordinate with the manager and engineers regularly to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Need to delegate work to all the employees and monitor their work on a regular basis.

  Check and estimate the cost of all the tools and equipment required in the process and oversee the procurement of these items keeping the budget as well as the quality in mind.
  
• Working with the Project Manager for the projects to task & plan efficient, and productive.
• Welding Activities and also Co-ordinates with Quality Department for any QN issue.
• you need to prepare flow charts, diagrams, presentations, and reports.
• Troubleshooting issues and providing technical support to the staff. Remunerating the workers well and keeping them motivated
• Preparing and maintaining records such as job sheets, employee attendance, etc.
• 
  Communicating with the workers, engineers, designers, and technicians and maintaining effective coordination between them.
  
• Organizing meetings and training sessions as and when the need arises.
• you need carry out toolbox meetings for the employees aware of the safety practices and the possible health hazards and precautionary measures.

• Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit-margins.
• Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
• Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
• Inspects, maintains and repairs various types and brand of air conditioner system, including split units, window and casement units.
• Performs regular preventive maintenance and corrective works on air conditioning system.
• Diagnoses electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
• Carries out repair works such as replacement of air con compressor, fan coil motors etc.
• Any other tasks, when required by the immediate supervisor.
• To carry out air conditioner maintenance, servicing and repair works
• Troubleshoot error code and malfunctions of air-conditioning system
• Ensure all works are carried out safely with safety procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Education not much required, But Preferred overseas experience.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts,
• Able to do hardworking,
• willing to work weekend and public holiday when required.

• Education is not necessary. Must practically Aircon experience.
• Must able to work as a Engineer
• Willing to work on rotating shifts,
• Able to do hardworking,
• Willing to work weekend and public holiday when required.
