Job Description:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on interior styling solutions.
Achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to create visually appealing product displays and store layouts.
Stay updated on latest interior design trends and product knowledge.
Make appointments with customers for Interior Design Service.
Follow up actively on sales orders, deliveries and claims to ensure a high level of after-sales service.
Job Requirements:
Candidate with Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent is a plus.
Great team player, good interpersonal skills, and self-motivated.
Ideal candidate is also passionate about creating exceptional in-store experiences.
Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for the senior role.
Candidates with experience with AutoCAD / Sketchup / 3D rendering software is a plus.
5 Day Work Week including weekends at our retail stores in Orchard (ION).
Candidates with no working experience are welcome to apply and will receive a competitive basic monthly salary plus commission!
