Position Overview:
The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire logistics process within the company. Handle returns or issues regarding damaged goods, ensuring that problems are dealt with swiftly and professionally.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, cost per shipment, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
