Hello! We’re hiring for Full-Time Admin & Business Operations role to support daily business operations, backend coordination, and high-performance high-quality execution. This is a dynamic, high-trust role ideal for someone who thrives in a small team, fast-paced, detail-driven, mainly WFO environment.

1) What You'll Do (Non-Exhaustive):

Executive & Administrative Support

• Arrange and manage calendar, meetings, appointments, and viewing schedules
• Organise internal workflows, documents, and deadlines
• Filter and manage communications (calls, messages, emails) professionally on various platforms that the business engages clients on

Operations & Client Coordination

• Assist with property listing paperwork, tenancy agreements, submissions to real estate systems
• Coordinate with clients, agents, lawyers, bankers, and vendors as needed
• Support onboarding of new listings and clients in CRM or internal systems

Marketing, Socials & Listing Support

• Help coordinate with the socials/marketing/branding Team Member (& external photographers, videographers, editors)
• Assist in uploading and managing online property listings
• Assist with creatives, check for accuracy, and ensure timely production and delivery

Office & Process Management

• Oversee general admin needs (claims, travel, logistics, subscriptions)
• Maintain databases and folders—ensure backend stays organised and up-to-date
• Work with vendors or freelancers when needed (designers, printers, etc.)

Discretion & Confidentiality

• Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism
• Represent the brand and principal in a polished, composed manner

2) Ideal Candidate:

• Plug & Play - Must have >3 years of working experience, even if not in an admin / ops / BD role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Independent, resourceful, and proactive—able to anticipate needs and problem-solve
• Excellent written English and professional communication skills
• Familiarity with real estate processes/interest in industry OR high-end service industries or finance/accounts (bonus)
• Tech-savvy—comfortable with GDrive, WhatsApp Web, Canva, CRM tools, Workflow tools
• Able to manage time, multitask, and prioritise well in a high-performance setting
• Aesthetic sense—knows how to make content look clean, modern

3) Commitment & Compensation:

• Full-time (6 days a week; Coordinate/alternate wrt off day with another Team Member )
• Will need to work on some PHs - You get to choose which
• WFO at least 5 days a week ; Periodic on-site duties at listings/meetings ; WFH day will be discussed at later stage
• Salary: $3-5k ; To discuss based on experience, skills, etc.

We are looking for a creative, sharp, and self-starter individual to help us scale our real estate brand

1) What You'll Do:

• Evolve/mintain the brand’s voice, tone, visual identity, and positioning
• Ensure consistency in comms across all platforms—social, website, decks, listings, and marketing assets
• Translate the founder’s vision into cohesive brand direction
• Plan and manage content calendars across Instagram/FB, TikTok, YouTube & EDMs
• Write captions, headlines, and scripts with sharp, on-brand tone
• Design visuals using Canva or Adobe, and edit short-form content via CapCut, InShot, or similar
• Film content when needed (e.g., BTS, reels, market updates)
• Ideate and launch marketing campaigns—organic and paid
• Track and improve campaign performance (leads, engagement, reach)
• Set up and optimise Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email campaigns
• Liaise with freelancers or vendors (designers, video editors, photographers) only when really needed - We need to do most inhouse
• Manage timelines, budgets, and ensure all deliverables meet brand standards
• Coordinate events, brand activations, or collaborations (when relevant)
• Manage CRM/email workflows (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Forms, Zoho/HubSpot if needed)
• Upload and update visual decks
• Handle marketing/branding/socials etc. admin/ops as needed

2) Ideal Candidate:

• 4 years or more of experience in branding/marketing, preferably in lifestyle, real estate, finance, or content-driven industries
• Sharp copywriting and content instincts—comfortable scripting and editing content yourself
• Design-savvy: knows what looks good, modern, and high-end (Canva/Adobe level) and can create
• Hands-on, self-driven, and organised—you’re a doer who can juggle multiple moving parts
• Comfortable with IG/TikTok/YouTube platforms and editing tools like CapCut/InShot
• SEO, web editing (e.g., Wix/WordPress), paid ads setup, or event coordination, including CRM oversight as we are a startup
• Videotaking and editting skills
