DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. System Integration & Automation

·        Assist in integrating Engineering and Manufacturing systems to enable end-to-end traceability (BOM, BOR, process mapping).

·        Support monitoring of live or near real-time production and engineering system status.

·        Assist senior engineers with PMS, ERP, and automation system interfacing.

2. Project Management System Support

·        Support configuration and daily operation of Project Management systems.

·        Assist in user training, documentation, and first-line system support.

3. Engineering Data & Workflow Digitalization

·        Assist in automating paper-based and Excel-based engineering templates.

·        Support conversion into digital workflows, applications, or databases.

·        Use AI/LLM tools to assist in coding, debugging, scripting, and documentation.

·        Support system enhancements under guidance from senior engineers or IT.

REQUIREMENTS

·        Diploma or Degree in Software Engineering.

·        2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering support, automation, or systems integration roles.

·        Fresh graduates with relevant internships or a strong interest in manufacturing systems are welcome.

·        Basic understanding of manufacturing workflows, BOM, BOR, and process mapping.

·        Basic knowledge of Python or strong willingness to learn scripting for automation.

Job Summary

You will manage comprehensive HR functions, including compensation benchmarking, recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, and employee development to support organizational growth and workforce effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Review and benchmark compensation and benefits structures through market analysis to ensure competitive and fair packages
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies aligned with industry best practices to support organisational compliance and culture
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for management and non-management roles to attract and secure qualified talent
• Conduct onboarding briefings to facilitate smooth integration and engagement of new employees
• Implement training and development programmes to identify skill gaps and enhance employee capabilities
• Oversee payroll administration ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary disbursement to maintain employee satisfaction
• Prepare and analyse HR reports, including manpower and workforce metrics, to inform management decisions
• Administer employee benefits such as insurance and medical claims to support employee well-being
• Monitor employee turnover trends and conduct exit interviews to develop retention strategies
• Support and coordinate performance management processes to drive employee performance and development
• Manage HR-related issues for Malaysia and China operations, including payroll coordination

Required competencies and certifications

• Good understanding of local & Malaysia / China employment laws and HR best practices

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Experience in compensation & benefits, recruitment, payroll, and HR operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HRIS systems such as Prosoft or Unit4
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively at all organizational levels
• Detail-oriented and organized to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment
• Proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills and a positive work attitude

Responsibilities:

Production& Operations

·        Lead and supervise daily production activities to achieve output, quality, and delivery targets.

·        Monitor and improve productivity, OEE, cycle time, yield, scrap reduction, and labor efficiency.

·        Coordinate production scheduling and manpower allocation across molding, debinding, sintering, machining, secondary processes, assembly, and packing.

·        Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.

·        Ensure production KPIs are tracked and reported accurately.

Process& Continuous Improvement

·        Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing efficiency, automation, workflow, and cost reduction.

·        Improve production documentation, SOPs,WI, and process controls.

·        Support digitalization and paperless manufacturing initiatives, including ERP/MES/shopfloor systems.

·        Participate in new equipment setup, factory expansion, and process transfer activities.

·        Work closely with Engineering and Quality teams for NPI and process validation.

Requirements:
·        Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 5–8 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in MIM/CIM/PIM industry.

Drive business growth by developing new customers and servicing existing ones across Automotive, Medical, and Consumer Electronics sectors in Southeast Asia. Leverage innovative proposals and technical expertise to expand market share and deepen customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and service existing accounts through targeted cold calls, networking, and social media engagement to increase sales opportunities.
• Manage industry coverage across Automotive, Medical, and Consumer Electronics sectors in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Singapore to maximize regional market penetration.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities in new markets by proposing innovative, cost-saving solutions based on MIM and CIM processing techniques.
• Monitor and analyze competitor activities and advancements in materials technologies to inform strategic business decisions.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key customers by regularly following up to grow sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Expand customer and industrial networks by actively participating in exhibitions and conducting meetings with engineers and purchasing personnel.
• Respond promptly to customer technical inquiries by collaborating with engineering teams on process and tooling fabrication to ensure requirements are met.
• Prepare weekly trend analyses and customer requirements reports to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Mechatronic), preferably 1-2 years working experience in manufacturing industry.
• Team player, with min Supervision
• Must be able to travel.
• Bilingual preferred.
