Manage the planning and design stages of construction projects
Provide technical support and input for project drawings and designs
Perform cost estimation and prepare project financial projections
Develop and monitor work schedules in coordination with the Project Manager
Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
Oversee construction and engineering processes on-site
Conduct regular inspections and testing of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
Maintain proper documentation, reports, and detailed construction records
Prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction or building projects
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools
