We are seeking a meticulous and responsible Accounts Executive to manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, GST submissions, and audit coordination. Job Objective:
You will be managing end-to-end accounting functions while ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and timely financial insights to support business operations.
Core Responsibilities:
Handling full set of accounts for month end & year end closing
Perform Intercompany billings, supplier payments, receipts, bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules, analysis and management reports
Responsible for quarterly GST submission
Liaise with Tax Agent on tax computation for ECI and Form C filing
In charge of Interim and Final Statutory Audit and work closely with External Auditor
Cover for other entities or ad hoc duties as and when required
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accountancy with at least 2 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong computer literacy and competent in MS Office especially Excel
Detail-oriented and organised
Able to work under tight deadlines
