Job Summary

Perform technical data analysis and coordinate planning and scheduling activities to support turnaround, shutdown, and maintenance projects in oil & gas and petrochemical sectors.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical data and synthesize findings into resources for local and regional planning and policy documents
• Present qualitative and quantitative findings using oral, written, and graphic communication methods to inform stakeholders
• Collaborate with planners and senior planners to discuss project progress and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor job progress to ensure completion within scheduled timeframes and budget constraints
• Prepare and submit detailed status and performance reports to support project tracking and decision-making
• Schedule shifts aligned with Engineering & Construction (E&C), turnaround, shutdown, and maintenance requirements
• Collect and report manpower, equipment, and raw material needs to meet production demands efficiently
• Utilize DIPS software to plan, schedule, and coordinate turnaround and maintenance activities, including resource allocation, task sequencing, and progress monitoring

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in oil & gas or petrochemical industries
• Experience in project planning and scheduling
• Experience in turnaround, shutdown, or maintenance operations

Job Summary

Lead project operations to ensure timely completion, quality deliverables, and client satisfaction. Manage budgets, resources, and teams while driving business growth and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily project operations by identifying resource needs and assigning responsibilities to meet project timelines and requirements
• Prepare engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures to verify project documents and deliverables before client submission
• Apply and enforce project methodologies and standards to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Track and report team hours and expenses weekly to manage project budgets and analyze bill rates and utilization for financial targets
• Determine revenue recognition, ensure accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables to maintain project profitability
• Identify business development and add-on sales opportunities within projects to increase revenue
• Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and clients to communicate project progress and issues
• Lead, train, and coach team members to enhance competencies and achieve business objectives
• Manage client expectations and build long-term relationships to understand needs and create business opportunities
• Maintain equipment and company assets to ensure operational condition and compliance with government regulations
• Provide or lead support for Turnaround (TA), Shutdown, and Project jobs by coordinating equipment, manpower, and tools
• Comply with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements to ensure safe execution of all activities within jurisdiction
• Utilize DIPS software effectively to plan, schedule, and coordinate turnaround and maintenance activities, including resource allocation and progress monitoring

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Project management experience in EPCC brownfield projects or maintenance, turnaround, or shutdown operations
