Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day project including coordinating all activities with main contractors and sub-contractors.

· Plan, supervise, execute and follow up on all projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope and within project budget.

· To monitor construction / project progress, ensure productivity, legal and safety compliances till completion of projects.

· Liaise and communicate with Quantity Surveyors as well as drafter for project material submissions and ensure they are approved before issuing material requisition.

· Responsible to submit all site progression reports to the Quantity Surveyor as well as handling main contractors / authorities paperwork requirements.

· Allocate manpower effectively for each individual projects on a weekly basis, maximising the productivity of all the workers at site.

· Plan forecast and work process for all projects, to ensure that cost is kept within budget set.

· Assist Quantity Surveyor with tenders and quotations, ensuring that the best supplier was chosen for the respective projects.

· Attends to all main contractor meetings, site meetings, clients, authorities, agencies, the public and other interested parties for smooth executions of work assigned.

Requirements:

· Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience as Project Manager.

· Experience in carpentry industry preferred

· Proficient in Ms Office and AutoCAD
· Willing to travel

• Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
• Keeping track and preparing monthly administration reports for various project departments.
• Assist on preparation of quotation for tenders/on-going projects
• Ordering of material, follow-up and delivery.
• Sourcing for supplier’s quotation.
• Any other ad-hoc duties that might be assigned.

Roles & Responsibilities – AutoCAD Drafter (Interior Fit-Out Works)

• Prepare and develop detailed shop drawings for interior fit-out works, including layouts, partitions, ceilings, joinery, finishes, and furniture

• Translate concept and design drawings into accurate, buildable shop drawings for site execution

• Coordinate drawings with architectural, M&E, and structural disciplines to ensure proper integration and avoid clashes

• Produce detailed joinery drawings (e.g., cabinetry, counters, feature walls, doors, and built-ins) with dimensions and specifications

• Ensure all drawings comply with client requirements, design intent, and project specifications

• Revise and update drawings based on consultant comments, site conditions, and coordination meetings

• Prepare and maintain as-built drawings reflecting actual site conditions upon project completion

• Support material submission and procurement by providing accurate drawing details and quantities

• Maintain proper drawing control, revision logs, and document management

• Liaise closely with site team, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure drawings are practical and aligned with construction sequence

• Conduct site verification and measurements to ensure accuracy of drawings prior to fabrication

• Assist in resolving technical and detailing issues during installation

• Ensure timely issuance of drawings to support construction schedules and milestones

Experience & Requirements – AutoCAD Drafter (Interior Fit-Out Works)

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out or construction industry

• Proven experience in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed joinery drawings

• Experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out projects

• Familiarity with site coordination and construction processes

• Experience working with contractors, consultants, and subcontractors in a project environment

• Technical Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D drafting)

• Ability to produce detailed and accurate technical drawings with strong attention to detail

• Good understanding of interior fit-out detailing, including ceilings, partitions, finishes, and custom joinery

• Basic knowledge of M&E coordination and construction interfaces

• Familiarity with drawing standards, codes, and project specifications

• Knowledge of BIM (e.g., Revit) is an added advantage
