About Us

Desh Catering is a growing catering service dedicated to providing healthy, quality, and affordable meals to migrant workers in Singapore. We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and support our expansion.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and supervise daily catering operations.

* Coordinate kitchen production, packing, and food delivery schedules.

* Lead and manage operational staff, drivers, and kitchen teams.

* Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues.

* Monitor inventory, purchasing, and supplier coordination.

* Improve operational efficiency and service quality.

* Prepare operational reports and support business growth initiatives.

Requirements

* Able to work independently and under pressure day & Night shift

* Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management in any industries

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email).

* Minimum 5-10 years Working Experience in Singapore

* Minimum Education qualifications - A level

* Workplace Safety related Certificate will be more advantaged

Position: Lorry Driver (Central Kitchen)

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

* Deliver food products and supplies from the Central Kitchen to various customer locations and outlets.

* Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.

* Ensure timely delivery according to assigned schedules.

* Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle.

* Follow all traffic regulations and company safety procedures.

* Assist with simple kitchen logistics duties when required.

* Complete delivery records and related documentation.

Working Hours: Two shift : Day & Night

Requirements

* Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.

* Good driving record and knowledge of Singapore roads.

* Physically fit and able to handle loading and unloading duties.

* Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.

* Able to work independently and as part of a team.

* Prior delivery or food industry experience will be an advantage.
