Job Summary
Lead marketing and operations to drive clinic growth and operational excellence, enhancing patient experience and managing corporate partnerships in a dynamic dental care environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and patient acquisition
- Lead initiatives to improve patient experience and service quality continuously
- Build and sustain relationships with corporate partners and international stakeholders to support business growth
- Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to maximize reach
- Analyze marketing and operational performance metrics and prepare detailed management reports
- Ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations and internal company policies
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese to communicate effectively with patients, partners, and stakeholders
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Experience working in both Singapore and China markets
- Strong knowledge of international corporate relations and cross-border business practices
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
