We are a leading technology company focusing on the convergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Blockchain/Web3 infrastructure. We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Software Development Manager to lead our software engineering and technical product teams. The ideal candidate will architect and oversee the development of next-generation AI data models, enterprise-grade Web3 infrastructure, and scalable decentralized systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· System Development & Acquisition: Oversee the acquisition, architecture, and development of core software systems in the organization, with a strong focus on Web3 infrastructure, AI-driven data analytics models, and blockchain-native enterprise applications.
· Quality & Performance Monitoring: Monitor the results, performance, and quality of different software solutions and projects implemented in the organization, including AI models (e.g., PublicOpinion/Market Analysis Agents), decentralized applications (dApps), and smart contract deployments.
· PoC & Technical Expertise: Oversee the development of Proof-of-Concept (PoC) solutions for emerging AI and Web3technologies. Provide deep technical expertise on the development of software and platform features (e.g., Multi-Party Computation (MPC) architecture, decentralized protocols, and cryptographic security frameworks), ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are strictly considered.
· Product Matrix Architecture: Lead cross-functional development teams to build and iterate complex software product matrices, including Web3 SaaS platforms, distributed node management systems, and comprehensive data-driven risk control systems.
· Strategic Technical Alignment: Analyze technical trends in AIGC and blockchain ecosystems to align product goals with the company’s global software strategy, ensuring high scalability, robustness, and security for enterprise clients.
Requirements:
· Education: At least a Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, Programming & Systems Analysis, or a closely related technical discipline.
· Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in software development, technical product architecture, or engineering management, with at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role within the Blockchain or AI technology sectors.
· Domain Expertise (Blockchain & AI): Proven track record in designing and developing Web3 technical ecosystems (e.g., smart contract architecture, bridging technologies, node infrastructure) and integrating AI solutions (e.g., LLM applications, intelligent data agents).
· Technical Architecture: Deep understanding of SaaS architecture, enterprise cryptographic key management (like MPC), and middle-end system design.
· Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills to drive cross-functional software engineering teams.Excellent bilingual communication skills (English and Chinese) with a global perspective to manage international projects.
