Job Summary
As a Sales & Marketing Leadership Trainee, you will start on the frontline mastering face-to-face sales, communication, and brand representation, progressing through a structured development track toward leadership roles.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in Telecommunications, Education, and NGO/Charity campaigns through direct, face-to-face marketing
- Engage customers actively to drive acquisition, brand awareness, and customer engagement
- Learn and apply proven sales frameworks and communication techniques to improve objection handling, closing, and relationship-building
- Participate in ongoing coaching sessions and performance reviews to enhance sales skills and professional growth
- Support team activities and assist in mentoring new team members as performance improves
- Progress toward team leadership and management roles by demonstrating results and leadership ability

Other Information
Compensation Structure
- $2,500 – $4,500/month based on performance
- Choose between performance-based (high reward, uncapped) or base salary plus commissions (stability plus growth)
- Income directly tied to individual results with no artificial ceiling
