Assist the Manager in taking off quantities. Bills Of Quantity preparations, pricing and preparation of tender submission, handle progress claims, VO and finalization of projects accounts
Collaborating with vendors & suppliers in securing cost submissions, collecting new sample and materials
Assist in Contract Administration and Management
Attend site show round and project meetings when required
Track changes to the design and liaise with work schedule and adjust budget projects accordingly
Liaise & recommend payments to subcontractors to Finance Department
Ensure smooth flow of all other project administrative function
Other ad-hoc duties when assigned by superiors
Requirements:
Resourceful, fast with willingness to take on additional responsibilities
Meticulous with strong sense of work prioritization
Independent, disciplined and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good communication & writing skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with bilingual speaking clients
Good knowledge of standard conditions of contracts for construction projects
At least 3 years of working experience in related field is required
Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Application
