Responsibilities

• Source commercial-grade furniture, fixtures, and finishes such as flooring, lighting, and cabinetry from suppliers to meet project specifications
• Manage budgets, purchase orders, and delivery timelines for large-scale projects using Google Sheets and Excel to ensure financial control and schedule adherence
• Assist with quality control inspections for offices, retail, and hospitality spaces to maintain project standards
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors to keep projects on schedule and resolve issues proactively
• Apply strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel to track project data and costs accurately
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment to support project progress
• Work independently with a positive attitude to drive project tasks to completion
• Travel to commercial job sites as required to oversee project activities and support teams

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Monitor project expenditures and track financial performance to ensure costs remain within approved budgets.

3. Manage contracts, including reviewing variations, amendments, and claims in accordance with contractual terms and regulatory requirements.

4. Assist with tender preparation and evaluation, including Bills of Quantities, specifications, and procurement documentation.

5. Prepare, submit, and evaluate progress payment claims and invoices based on verified work completed on site.

6. Assess, prepare, and review variation claims from clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

7. Prepare and negotiate final accounts, ensuring all costs, variations, and claims are accurately documented and agreed.

8. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards, including the Security of Payment Act (SOPA).

9. Measure and value work carried out on site and maintain proper documentation for claims and final account settlement.

10. Prepare timely cost reports and maintain accurate records of contracts, claims, variations, and project costs.

11. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve commercial and contractual matters.
