We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to support customer acquisition, sales engagement, and digital marketing activities. This role combines sales support, customer account management, and online marketing execution to drive business growth and deliver excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through digital marketing, events, and outreach activities
- Promote company products and services to prospective customers
- Support sales engagement including quoting, deal booking, and follow‑ups
- Assist with customer onboarding, account opening, and KYC/CDD requirements
- Execute and support digital marketing campaigns and social media activities
- Maintain customer records and sales pipeline in CRM systems
- Provide post‑sales support including documentation and customer follow‑ups
- Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC, CDD, and AML requirements
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred)
- Training provided; experience in sales, customer service, or digital marketing is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English (Chinese is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
- Able to multi‑task, meet targets, and work under pressure
- Knowledge of Forex or cross‑border payments is an advantage
