As a Retail Associate, you are responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the retail shop, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presentable at all times, including maintaining retail housekeeping standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and securing the store.
