Job Summary
We are seeking a driven, results-oriented sales professional to expand our aesthetic division’s presence across aesthetic clinics in Singapore by building client relationships and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with aesthetic clinics and doctors to expand client network
- Promote aesthetic solutions including injectables, skincare, and devices to target customers
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while building recurring accounts for sustained revenue
- Collaborate with the clinical team to coordinate and deliver product demonstrations and training sessions
- Manage new clinic acquisitions and encourage repeat orders through effective client engagement
- Operate effectively in a commission-based environment with a focus on performance and results
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior sales experience, preferably in aesthetic or medical sectors
- Strong communication skills to engage clients and build lasting professional relationships
- Self-motivated, independent, and focused on achieving measurable sales outcomes
Other Information
Compensation Structure
- Monthly allowance to cover basic expenses
- Uncapped commission ranging from 2.5% to 5%
- Additional incentives for new clinic acquisition, repeat orders, and focus product sales
- Performance-based role with strong earning potential (expected SGD 5,000 – 12,000+ monthly)
