Responsibilities:

• Enter goods received and invoices accurately into the system using correct stock codes and accounts

• Record returns, suppliers’ debit and credit notes promptly and accurately

• Process stock adjustments such as yield-loss or write-offs with attention to detail

• Reconcile ending stock balances from store stock-takes to calculate cost of goods sold (COGS)

• Allocate selling prices, costs, and quantities to sold products for accurate financial tracking

• Create jobs to convert stocks and other conversions into finished goods from production

• Prepare detailed reports using Excel for assigned outlets to support operational decisions

• Identify and highlight variances in stock and financial data for management review

• Communicate and collaborate with the Butchery operations team to resolve stock and invoice issues

• Generate monthly invoices to bill customers accurately and on time

• Participate in company activities and events such as stock-takes to support team efforts

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or LCCI Certificate

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Finance, F&B related industry

• On-the-job training is provided if candidate has no experience

• Proficient in MS Excel and financial software

• Initiative, multi-tasking, work independently

• Meticulous, pay attention to details and reliable

• Good interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment

Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive will be responsible for supporting the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with statutory and internal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and other manual entries, in accordance with SFRS and contractual terms.
• Review, prepare, and maintain fixed asset registers and key balance sheet schedules.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve accounting and operational issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare sales and financial reports for management and key stakeholders.
• Compile and maintain key schedules for statutory filings, audits, and tax computations.
• Support audit activities and other related functions, including stock-taking and voucher management.
• Assist in annual budgeting and periodic forecast exercises.
• Perform bank statement reviews and reconciliations.
• Calculate commissions and ensure accurate recording.
• Undertake other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, with a recognised Diploma, ACCA qualification, or Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; exposure to the F&B industry will be an added advantage.

We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to join our team. The main responsibilities will include recruitment, maintenance of employee records, monitor attendance / leave records and coordinating employee engagement programs or activities.

Responsibilities:

• Executing recruitment initiatives including job posting, resumes screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews and following up with candidates on interview arrangements.
• Following up on the interview status with Hiring Manager and the shortlisted candidate to make offer and prepare employment contract.
• Onboarding new hires, creating personnel files, enrolling new hires in wellness programs and managing employee welfare matters.
• Maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS system, updating new information or any change in employment status.
• Managing employees’ attendance & leave records t ensure their compliance with the HR policies and payroll documentation.

• Accurately and promptly record customer receipts and payments into the accounting system.

• Reconcile customer accounts and follow up with customers or sales personnel on payment discrepancies.

• Attend to administrative and billing-related enquiries from customers and internal stakeholders, including issuance of certified true copies (CTC) invoices, credit notes (CN), and debit notes (DN).

• Prepare and distribute periodic reports on debtor balances and cash-on-delivery (COD) outstanding amounts.

• Collect cash receipts and ensure timely and secure banking of cash collections.

• Issue ad-hoc debit and credit notes for intercompany transactions, customers, or suppliers as required.

• Manage petty cash, including processing staff reimbursements and maintaining proper records.

• Assist with bank reconciliation processes.

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience.

• Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.

Job Summary:

The Costing Assistant/Executive will review and validate price lists, perform accurate data entry, and consolidate costing informationinto the master spreadsheet for Manager’s approval.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain stock codes, PLU IDs, and barcodes in the system
• Develop, update, and ensure accuracy of the costing master spreadsheet in a timely manner
• Input all required information for cost tabulation and analysis
• Perform comparisons between GRN and costing prices, and initiate corrective actions where necessary
• Execute timely price uploads across systems in coordination with Purchasing and Retail teams
• Handle daily incoming email enquiries and perform general administrative duties (e.g., filing).
• Upload and maintain PLU, barcode, stock code, and RSP information in the PLU master
• Support monthly campaign setup and price configuration
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team, including meeting tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook
• Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
