* Reception Duties (answer phone calls, receive and sign-off on shipments)
* Issue Quotes to Customers
* Issue Purchase Orders
* Issue Invoice
* Prepare shipping documents, arrange and book shipments
* Prepare Delivery Orders and Arrange/Coordinate Delivery
* Knowledge of Quickbooks is an advantage
