Responsibilities:
Ensure company’s compliance to applicable environmental, occupational health and safety laws/regulations and other requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and recommend reasonably practicable control measures through submission of safety reports to management.
Measure and monitor the performance of site inspections and assist to follow-up on the corrective measures.
Perform accident / near-miss investigations, and report findings with recommended corrective actions.
Review company’s’ method statement, risk assessments and safe work procedures, including those of the subcontractors.
Coordinate and conduct safety briefing, toolbox meeting and training.
Update and keep proper safety records, incident reports and statistics.
Assist to maintain company's Integrated Management System (IMS), system compliance through audits and documentation.
Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
Independent, detail-oriented, positive team player with a proactive attitude, and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
Min 2 years of working experience in Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environment.
Min Advanced Certification in WSH (Level B) or equivalent.
Possess Bizsafe Level 2 - Develop A Risk Management Implementation Plan Certificate and Manage Work At Height Certificate will be an advantage
Knowledge on IMS (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
Knowledge in Microsoft Office Application(words, excel, ppt).
Willingness to travel from site to site.
Possess Class 2 or 3 license and with own vehicle will be an advantage.

Preparing and submitting payroll reports
Handling employee enquiries regarding salary, deductions, and payroll-related matters in a professional and timely manner
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive payroll and employee information at all times
Supporting the implementation and adherence to payroll policies and procedures
Requirements:
Proven experience in a payroll or accounting support role, ideally within a similar business environment
Strong proficiency in payroll software and accounting systems, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing numerical data
Solid understanding of payroll principles, employment regulations, and statutory requirements in Singapore
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with colleagues and employees
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Familiarity with Central Provident Fund (CPF) and income tax regulations is preferred
