Job Description
We are looking for a careful and responsible individual to join our production team.
Full-time and part-time positions are available. Full training will be provided, and no prior experience is required.
This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, precision tasks, and creating high-quality finished products.
Responsibilities
- Operate UV printing machines to apply designs accurately on trophies and plaques, ensuring high-quality finishes
- Perform laser engraving inside optical crystal awards with precision to meet design specifications
- Set up and operate production machines following standard procedures to maintain consistent output
- Inspect finished products carefully to identify and address any defects or quality issues before delivery
- Communicate effectively with the sales team to align production schedules with customer orders
- Follow safety and operational guidelines to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Learn new production skills and work independently after training to support team goals

Working Hours
Full-Time Position:
- Monday to Friday:
10:00am – 7:00pm - Saturday:
10:00am – 7:00pm, on alternate Saturdays - Average 5.5-day work week.
- Sunday and Singapore Public Holidays are non-working days.
Part-Time Position:
- Flexible working days, based on company requirements and the applicant’s availability.
Salary
Full-Time Position:
- Monthly salary range:
$2,500 – $3,200 - After training:
Basic salary + production incentives - Expected gross monthly income after training:
$2,800 – $3,200 - Additional performance bonus may apply.
Part-Time Position:
- Daily rate: $100 – $150 per day, depending on experience, ability and job scope.

Bukit Merah (near Tiong Bahru MRT)
