Job Summary
Manage and maintain international branded retail stores by overseeing technicians, contractors, and maintenance activities to ensure facilities are fit for purpose and comply with health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of client stores at various locations to identify maintenance needs and ensure operational standards
- Manage and supervise onsite technicians and contractors to deliver timely and quality repair and installation services
- Allocate workload and oversee upkeep staff to maintain store facilities efficiently
- Build and maintain effective relationships with contractors and service providers to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor equipment inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate supplies for maintenance tasks
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all repair, installation, and minor interior project activities including A&A works
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and report daily activities to track progress and issues
- Ensure designated buildings, plants, and facilities are fit for purpose by providing proactive support and solutions
- Enforce compliance with health and safety policies to maintain a safe working environment
- Liaise with client store managers to discuss and resolve maintenance issues promptly
- Handle submissions to landlords and coordinate communications between clients and contractors for approvals and compliance
- Communicate effectively with client staff and internal teams through social chat platforms (WhatsApp, WeChat, Line) and emails
- Procure small materials required by technicians to support maintenance operations
- Collaborate with Quantity Surveyor and Finance teams to manage quotations and invoicing accurately
- Update and monitor all maintenance issues regularly using the CCM web-based and mobile tracking system
- Attend meetings with internal teams and clients to align on project status and requirements
- Maintain professional appearance and wear proper attire during client visits
- Monitor communications throughout the day to ensure timely responses and coordination
- Prepare and manage work schedules for technicians to optimize task completion at client stores
